Florida Inns invites you to participate in a three day all inclusive comprehensive Bed and Breakfast Workshop for Aspiring Innkeepers taught by Pattie Detwiler of Bed and Breakfast Consultant Service and experienced members of the Florida Inns Board of Directors. This workshop includes Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner, 2 Night Accommodations, Education, Workbook and Consultation. Florida-Inns in-depth future innkeeper workshop allows for personal interaction with your mentors. Upon registration we will set up a telephone consultation prior to the workshop, as well as a follow-up consultation after the workshop. Your two night accommodations are included at the Hampton Lake Bed and Breakfast, Hampton, Florida (Outside of Gainesville, near Starke

Space will be limited to ensure personal interaction. Registration is on a first come, first serve basis. If the workshop is full, we will advise you immediately and place you on a priority waiting list.

Cancellation Policy:  This workshop is limited to 7 Guest Rooms either single or double occupancy.   There is a 30 day cancellation policy and a cancellation processing service fee of $50. Any cancellation within 30 days prior to the workshop will receive a credit (less the cancellation fee) for a future workshop.

Aspiring Innkeepers Workshops

Unlike any other Aspiring Innkeeper Workshop.  An all inclusive weekend full of knowledge about the Bed and Breakfast Industry from acquiring, retrofitting, building a Bed and Breakfast, including regulatory, zoning, government, Fire Safety, Alcohol Licensing, Marketing your Inn, Evaluating how your Inn is doing, and understanding Exit Strategies, plus every day Operations, to help you make an educated decision on how or if you want to proceed into the hospitality industry. 

Professional Speaker, Pattie Detwiler of and Seasoned Bed and Breakfast Owners will walk you through the process.  This is your opportunity to thoroughly understand the business you are thinking of investing in, while being a guest in a  Bed and Breakfast Property.  Two Night Accommodations are included in the registration fee.  Space is Limited, so please register early to insure your place.  30 day cancellation policy.  New Innkeepers are invited to attend as well.
