Hospitality Properties provides aspiring innkeeping workshops covering many topics including lifestyle, operations, marketing and financing with real-life examples of their own innkeeping experiences. The workshops are informative and fun. By the end of the seminar, you will have a very good idea what innkeeping is about and whether this is for you. Our objective is to provide individualized expert advice that will navigate your transition into the Hospitality Industry.   We work for you and save you time and expense in laying out a plan geared specifically for you to obtain your financial investment goals. Once a property is analyzed we will share our expert opinion whether to buy or walk a way so that your investment will be sound and your goals realized.

ALL INCLUSIVE
ASPIRING INNKEEPER WORKSHOP

February 1 & 2, 2019

Amelia Island, Fl


Unlike any other Aspiring Innkeeper Workshop.  This all inclusive workshop includes Education, Workbook & Consultation.  Education includes knowledge about the Bed and Breakfast Industry from acquiring, retrofitting, building a Bed and Breakfast, including regulatory, zoning, government, Fire Safety, Alcohol Licensing, Marketing your Inn and understanding Exit Strategies, plus every day Operations, to help you make an educated decision on how or if you want to proceed into the hospitality industry. Pattie Detwiler, Florida Bed and Breakfast Specialist, will be your Instructor and Thom Norush of Florida Hospitality Insurance is sponsoring Lunch on Saturday and will bring you up to date on what Bed and Breakfast Insurance will be best for you.

Space will be limited to ensure personal interaction. Registration is on a first come, first serve basis.  If the workshop is full, we will advise you immediately and place you on a priority waiting list.

Check in and Registration Begins at 4:00 pm and the Opening Sessions begins at 5:00 pm on Friday and the last Session ends at 5:00 PM Saturday.

Workshop begins on Friday at 5:00-7:00 PM. Attendees are encouraged to spend the night at our host inn, but this is not required.

Fees:  $275.00 for one person or $350.00 for a couple which includes Breakfast & Lunch on Saturday, Breakfast on Sunday and personalized consultation to be scheduled for mutually agreed upon time & date.

Professional Speaker, Pattie Detwiler is a Florida Bed & Breakfast Specialist and innkeeper emeritus who can walk you through the process.  This is your opportunity to thoroughly understand the business you are thinking of investing in, while being a guest at a  Bed and Breakfast Property.    Space is Limited, so please register early to insure your place.

Cancellation Policy:  Any cancellation within 30 days prior to the seminar will receive full credit for a future seminar. Lodging cancellations will be governed by the Inn’s cancellation policy.
