Hospitality Properties hosts aspiring innkeeping workshops covering many topics including lifestyle, operations, marketing and financing with real-life examples of their own innkeeping experiences. The workshops are informative and fun. By the end of the seminar, you will have a very good idea what innkeeping is about and whether this is for you. Our objective is to provide individualized expert advice that will navigate your transition into the Hospitality Industry.   We work for you and save you time and expense in laying out a plan geared specifically for you to obtain your financial investment goals. Once a property is analyzed we will share our expert opinion whether to buy or walk a way so that your investment will be sound and your goals realized.

REVIEWS:
I too want to thank all of you for coming to the Women In Hospitality Empowerment Retreat.  It was truly empowering  to see all of you fully participate and appreciate the experience.  I can’t wait to start planing the next one.  Everyone was so open and honest sharing their experiences.  In addition to the great speakers, my favorite part was the fire.  Pattie Detwiler, Hospitality Properties for Sale.

All the LOVE back to all of you!!!  It was a memorable, uplifting gathering of already empowered women who are now collectively an even more empowered presence in the universe.   I feel blessed to have the opportunity to collaborate with ya'll.  Janice Delerno, Innkeeper

I certainly feel the same!  Thank you all for this wonderful start to our new adventures together!  I was once very active in the Women’s Council of Realtors (and served a President of our chapter), a very large subchapter of NAR which always served as a strong networking and information sharing association.  I have missed that and feel that this can “rise up” to meet this need.  Marilyn Bushnell
